Most orders begin processing within minutes of payment. Delivery speed depends on the service type and quantity ordered, but the majority of orders are completed within a few hours. Larger orders may take up to 24-72 hours for gradual, natural-looking delivery.

If an order fails to process or is cancelled before delivery begins, your wallet balance is automatically restored in full. For partial deliveries, you are refunded for the undelivered quantity based on the per-unit rate you paid.

Some services include refill protection, which means we will automatically replenish any drops free of charge. Services with refill protection are clearly marked. Minor fluctuations of 5-10% are normal across all social platforms.

Orders that have not started processing may be eligible for cancellation. Once delivery has begun, cancellation is typically not possible. Services marked as "Cancelable" can be stopped mid-delivery, with a refund for the undelivered portion.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Liker Digital operates on a prepaid wallet model. You add funds to your wallet via a secure Stripe checkout, and then use your wallet balance to place orders. The minimum deposit is $5.00 and the maximum single deposit is $1,000.00.

Wallet deposits are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a deposit was made in error or was unauthorized, contact our support team within 48 hours at [email protected].

No, never. We only need a public link to the content you want to promote (e.g., an Instagram post URL, a YouTube video link). We will never ask for your social media login credentials.
